Longitudinal View - Profile

Longitudinal view Longitudinal View, or profile, is another slice into the earch, but oriented to run from upstream to downstream. In this view it provides a vertical slice following the Thalweg of a Stream enabling one to see the water surface, bank and bed slope as well as pools and riffles.
